TAG Outlet Services was founded in 2006 as a business unit of The TAG2000 International LLC Holdings Company by X. William Liu on a idea that was hatched by Will Liu and Alan C. Tan, President of the Holdings Company. The mission and purpose of this new business unit is to provide asset management and eBay sales services for our small business clients. It would allow our clients to be able to better afford their technology upgrades by selling their used equipment for parts, or to extend their computer equipment life by buying cheap old computers.
Some of the Asset Management and Procurement services of TAG Outlet Services are below:
- Sales of old equipment
- Purchase of equipment
- Sales and Service of new unused equipment
- eBay and online auctions of assigned inventory from clients and the Holdings Company
- Execution of bulk orders on behalf of many clients to get a cheaper bulk rate for components
The staff of TAG Outlet Services also advises clients on hardware support and procurement questions. This service is provided to all clients of the Holdings Company, and supported by the Division of Holdings Company Information Technology Services (HCITS), Hardware Operations Group (HOG). With the staff from the HOG within HCITS from the Holdings Company and the staff of TAG Outlet Services supporting this operation, TAG Outlet Services is able to deliver quality sales and support of the products and services entrusted to it for disposition and TAG Outlet Services can provide the TAG2000 International family of companies and its clients the superior asset management service that no other company can match.
